Syngenia is seeking a site supervisor to monitor and coordinate contractors and site teams in Belgian projects. The role requires a technical Bachelor’s degree (civil or mechanical) and 2–4 years of on-site experience. Fluent Dutch is essential, with French good and English as an asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably civil or mechanical engineering.
• 2–4 years of site experience or equivalent technical knowledge in construction or mechanical industry.
• Experience in construction site supervision and team coordination.
• Fluent in Dutch; good command of French; English is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and supervise contractors and site teams to ensure compliance with project schedules and quality requirements.
• Review technical specs, drawings and project documentation before construction starts.
• Organize and coordinate site operations for efficient execution and high-quality delivery.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site using civil or mechanical engineering expertise.
• Inform, motivate and coordinate all stakeholders involved in construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and site procedures and regulations.
• Prepare and monitor site documentation including reports and as-built files.
• Verify and document progress status of construction activities.
