Jan De Nul Group in Belgium is seeking a Site Manager to lead ambitious infrastructure and offshore energy projects. You will oversee operations on site, coordinating engineering, construction, and safety, while staying close to schedules and budgets.

You speak Dutch and communicate with workers, foremen, architects and suppliers to keep priorities clear and progress visible. A robust project mindset and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering construction or related field.
• Strong ability to talk with workers and foremen and give clear instructions.
• Communicative, coordinating mindset with proactive drive and learning attitude.

Responsabilités

• Take operational control of the site and coordinate work using the project plan.
• Communicate regularly with project manager and external parties.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage budgets for materials purchases.
• Draw up schedules and progress reports.
• Lead site meetings and coordinate on-site activities.
