Syngenia is seeking a consultant for decommissioning and dismantling activities for nuclear units Doel 1, 2, and 3 in Belgium. The successful candidate will provide operational support for existing plants and construction projects, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

The ideal applicant holds a Master’s degree in civil or structural engineering, has at least 5 years of experience in industrial environments, and is fluent in Dutch and either French or English. A robust salary package aligned with experience will be offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally in engineering or contractor organizations.
• Relevant experience in civil works, including design and site follow-up.
• Hold required certifications (FANC clearance, VCA-VOL, BA4).

Responsabilités

• Participate in decommissioning and dismantling activities for nuclear units.
• Provide operational support to existing plants and construction projects.
• Inspect contractors’ on-site activities for compliance.
• Draft work orders, site reports, and technical documentation.
