Syngenia SA seeks a Site Supervisor to monitor and supervise contractors and site teams to ensure project schedules and quality standards are met on challenging international projects.

The role requires a technical Bachelor's degree, 2–4 years of on-site experience, strong coordination and communication, and a safety-first mindset. Dutch fluency is required; French is a plus and English knowledge is an asset. Night/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably civil or mechanical engineering.
• 2–4 years of site experience or equivalent knowledge in construction or mechanical industry.
• Experience in construction site supervision and team coordination.
• Able to manage administrative follow-up linked to site activities.
• Strong communication skills within a structured organization.
• Flexible and adaptable to site constraints; willingness to work nights/weekends.
• Strong emphasis on safety and disciplined, methodical work.
• Fluent in Dutch with good command of French; English knowledge and railway sector experience are assets.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and supervise contractors and site teams to ensure schedules and quality.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, and project docs before construction.
• Organize and coordinate site operations for efficient delivery.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site using engineering expertise.
• Inform, motivate, and coordinate all stakeholders involved in construction.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and site procedures.
• Prepare, maintain, and monitor site documentation including reports and logs.
• Verify and document progress status of construction activities.
