ThoughtLabs Belgium is seeking a Senior SharePoint and PowerPlatform Specialist to strengthen our ICT team. You will design, implement, govern and support Digital Workplace solutions based on SharePoint Online, Power Apps and Power Automate.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience, strong governance, metadata and information architecture skills, and fluency in English plus French or Dutch at C1 level. EU citizenship is required.

Task Description

Within ICT team 425, we design, implement, govern and support Digital Workplace solutions based on SharePoint Online, Power Apps and Power Automate. We are looking for a senior specialist capable of strengthening our roadmap and internal projects.

The consultant analyses business needs and translates them into secure, user-friendly and maintainable solutions. He or she defines and implements the information architecture, metadata, content structures, document management, permission models and governance rules.

The consultant also develops low-code solutions and process automations, establishes standards and guidelines, and supports user adoption. Effective collaboration with business and technical stakeholders is essential, as is the ability to clearly communicate technical choices, risks and action plans to management.

Technical Skills

• Design, implementation and governance of SharePoint Online solutions: architecture, sites, document management, information architecture and metadata (L3: at least 5 years of experience).
• Management of permissions, access and content lifecycle, in compliance with governance, security and compliance principles (L3: at least 5 years of experience).
• Development of low-code solutions using Power Apps (L3: at least 5 years of experience).
• Business process automation using Power Automate (desktop) (L3: at least 5 years of experience).
• Analysis of business needs and translation into concrete, usable and maintainable Digital Workplace solutions (L3: at least 5 years of experience).
• Power Platform and SharePoint governance: standards, guidelines, data and content governance (L3: at least 5 years of experience).
• User adoption, training, change management, support and resolution of platform incidents (L3: at least 5 years of experience).
• Knowledge of English (C1: advanced/complex proficiency).
• Knowledge of French or Dutch (C1: advanced/complex proficiency).
