act digital is seeking a Senior Specialist to strengthen our roadmap and internal projects around Digital Workplace solutions based on SharePoint Online, Power Apps and Power Automate. You will analyse business needs and translate them into secure, user-friendly and maintainable solutions.

You will define information architecture, metadata, content structures, document management, permission models and governance rules, develop low-code automations, establish standards and support user adoption

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with SharePoint Online architecture and governance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing permissions, content lifecycle and security/compliance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing low-code solutions with Power Apps.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business process automation with Power Automate.
• Minimum 5 years of experience translating business needs into Digital Workplace solutions.
• Excellent knowledge of English (C1) and French or Dutch (C1).

Within the ICT team, we design, implement, govern and support Digital Workplace solutions based on SharePoint Online, Power Apps and Power Automate.

We are looking for a Senior Specialist capable of strengthening our roadmap and internal projects. The consultant will analyse business needs and translate them into secure, user-friendly and maintainable solutions.

He/she will define and implement information architecture, metadata, content structures, document management, permission models and governance rules.

The consultant will also develop low-code solutions and process automations, establish standards and guidelines, and support user adoption.

Effective collaboration with business and technical stakeholders is essential, as is the ability to clearly communicate technical choices, risks and action plans to management.

Technical Skills

• Design, implementation and governance of SharePoint Online solutions: architecture, sites, document management, information architecture and metadata (minimum 5 years of experience).
• Management of permissions, access and content lifecycle, in accordance with governance, security and compliance principles (minimum 5 years of experience).
• Development of low-code solutions using Power Apps (minimum 5 years of experience).
• Business process automation using Power Automate (Desktop) (minimum 5 years of experience).
• Analysis of business requirements and translation into concrete, usable and maintainable Digital Workplace solutions (minimum 5 years of experience).
• Power Platform and SharePoint governance: standards, guidelines, data and content governance (minimum 5 years of experience).
• User adoption, training, change management, support and resolution of platform incidents (minimum 5 years of experience).
• Knowledge of English -C1 (complex proficiency).
• Knowledge of French or Dutch -C1 (complex proficiency).
