ThoughtLabs Belgium is seeking a Senior SharePoint and PowerPlatform Specialist to strengthen our ICT team. You will design, implement, govern and support Digital Workplace solutions based on SharePoint Online, Power Apps and Power Automate.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience, strong governance, metadata and information architecture skills, and fluency in English plus French or Dutch at C1 level. EU citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and governing SharePoint Online solutions.
• Extensive experience with metadata, information architecture and document management.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into Digital Workplace solutions.
• Excellent English; French or Dutch at C1 level is required.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, govern and support Digital Workplace solutions based on SharePoint Online, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into secure, user-friendly and maintainable solutions.
• Define and implement information architecture, metadata, content structures and permissions.
• Develop low-code solutions and process automations; establish standards and governance guidelines.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders; communicate decisions and risks to management.
