Keystone Solutions seeks a Copilot Solution Expert to analyze, develop, migrate, and manage AI Copilot agents within client sites, focusing on Microsoft 365 environments. You will bridge technical delivery with business outcomes in a consultancy model.
In this six-month engagement, you will design AI solutions using Copilot Studio, lead workshops with stakeholders, and implement Power Platform workflows, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI across Belgian public services.
Qualifications
- Experience with Copilot Studio and AI agents.
- Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online, governance and collaboration.
- Extensive Power Platform expertise (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Analytical mindset and process optimization skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts to business users.
- Experience in change management and digital adoption is a plus.

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Copilot Solution Expert for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves analyzing, developing, migrating, and managing Agentic AI Copilot agents, contributing to the digital transformation and innovation through artificial intelligence.
As a Copilot Solution Expert, you will combine technical expertise with business insight. You will work on improving existing solutions and developing new AI-driven applications within the Microsoft 365 environment. This position will be carried out under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model.
- Analyze and design solutions
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders
- Analyze needs, processes, and existing SharePoint environments
- Develop roadmaps and architecture proposals
- Create functional and technical specifications
- Design AI solutions, including with Copilot Studio
- Evaluate migration scenarios and associated risks
- Develop and implement Copilot agents for various client services
- Optimize existing AI solutions
- Create workflows and automations with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
- Assist end-users and key users
- Validate solutions and resolve technical issues
- Support acceptance testing and production deployments
- Document technical and functional solutions
- Organize training and workshops
- Develop training materials
- Actively support change management and adoption of AI solutions
- Strong experience with Copilot and Copilot Studio (AI agents)
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online (content management, governance, collaboration)
- Extensive expertise in the Power Platform:
- Power Automate
- Power Apps
- Power BI
- Analytical mindset and process optimization skills
- Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to business users
- Experience in change management and digital adoption is a plus
- Dutch: very good (spoken, written, comprehension)
- French: very good (spoken, written, comprehension)
- English: good reading and listening skills
