adesso Belgium is looking for a Technical Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our Microsoft Solutions Team in Brussels. You will translate client processes into Microsoft 365 solutions, oversee end‑to‑end projects, and ensure on‑time delivery while meeting client expectations.

You will work with SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Power Platform, including governance, data migrations, and integrations. Hybrid work is available; strong communication with clients and team is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years hands‑on experience implementing Microsoft 365 solutions from planning to deployment and adoption.
• Excellent people and communication skills; able to design end‑to‑end solutions.
• Able to discuss architectural decisions with seniors and architects and understand impacts on system and business.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum or hybrid project methods and Azure DevOps for progress tracking.

Responsabilités

• Translate client business processes into practical Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Lead end‑to‑end Microsoft 365 projects from requirements through go‑live and aftercare.
• Explain technical concepts to non‑technical contacts; work solo and in a team with a proactive attitude.
• Stay up‑to‑date on Microsoft 365 features and apply knowledge in projects.
