Responsibilities include configuring integrations with SAP, Jira, and Azure; building business rules, script includes, transform maps, and workflows; leading ATF tests; collaborating in Agile teams; communicating strategies to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant specializing in Integration Hub, REST, and SOAP.
• 3+ years experience with JavaScript, JSON, XML, and Web Services.
• Expertise in business rules, script includes, transform maps, and custom workflows.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, SAML, and JWT.
• Knowledge of MID server setup and ATF development.
• Strong Agile and ServiceNow best practices.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and IntegrationHub Specialist or Developer certifications.
• Fluent in English at a C-level; Brussels-based with hybrid work.

This role involves designing robust connections between ServiceNow and external systems while providing subject matter expertise across various platform modules.

• Configure and develop robust ServiceNow integrations with external systems like SAP, Jira, and Azure.
• Design technical components including business rules, script includes, transform maps, and custom workflows.
• Provide thought leadership and best practices for ServiceNow integrations and platform architecture.
• Support the configuration and maintenance of ITSM, ITAM, SAM, and CMDB modules.

• You bring knowledge of MID server setup and configuration.
• You're experienced in the development and maintenance of ATF (Automated Test Framework).
• You have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ServiceNow best practices.
• You possess ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and IntegrationHub Specialist or Developer certifications.
• You're proactive and solution-oriented with strong communication skills.
• You are fluent in English at a C-level and work from within the EER.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with ETL tools and data transformation techniques.
• Knowledge of specific integrations with SAP, Jira, or Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with the latest ServiceNow platform features.
