Pauwels Consulting in Brussels is seeking a Specialist to enhance digital workplace support tools, delivering robust service management solutions and customized workflows to empower teams across the enterprise.

You will implement functional and technical requirements, ensure operation and maintenance of service tools, advise users on ITIL best practices, participate in end-to-end developments, support integration, and coordinate testing and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Ivanti Service Manager or similar service management platforms
• Experience in planning, development, and operation of standard or customized software systems
• Proficient in JavaScript for application configuration and scripting
• Solid understanding of ITIL-based service management
• University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related field
• Proactive, analytical, and able to work autonomously or in a team
• Fluent in English

• Implement and develop functional and technical requirements through configuration or scripting.
• Ensure continuous operation and software maintenance of service management tools.
• Advise key users on IT service management issues and best practices for tool utilization.
• Participate in end-to-end activities for new developments and configurations.
• Support the integration of software into the broader application and system landscape.
• Coordinate testing and training for end users to ensure system efficacy.

• You have 3+ years of experience with Ivanti Service Manager or similar service management platforms.
• You possess experience in the planning, development, and operation of standard or customized software systems.
• You bring technical knowledge of JavaScript for application configuration and scripting.
• You have a solid understanding of ITIL-based service management.
• You possess a university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
• You're proactive, analytical, and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of similar tools such as ServiceNow or Zendesk.
• Experience with MS SQL, SOAP, and REST API.
• Background in IT operations management.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Good level of Dutch, French, or German.
