Fujitsu in Belgium seeks a senior ServiceNow Architect to own end-to-end Now Platform architecture for customers, ensuring ITSM-centric design, standardisation and scalable, maintainable solutions.

You will lead architectural decisions across integrations, data and security, collaborate with delivery teams, and support presales with high-level effort estimates; relocation is not required.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of ServiceNow experience with lead or architect roles.
• Strong knowledge of platform architecture, integration patterns and data governance.
• Experience with out-of-the-box implementations and minimal customisation.
• Ability to translate architectural vision into actionable steps for teams.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Design and oversee the solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations, focusing on ITSM.
• Advise on platform decisions, standardisation and avoiding unnecessary customisation.
• Define architecture principles, guardrails for integrations, data and security.
• Embed development standards and reusable patterns for delivery teams.
• Collaborate with onshore/nearshore teams to ensure quality and consistency.
• Support presales with solution input and high-level effort estimates.
• Provide governance for complex platform challenges and root-cause analysis when needed.
