Responsabilités

• Coordinate and confirm onsite service visits with customers and Field Service Engineers.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance visits for customers under service contracts.
• Monitor the service inbox, respond to customer requests, and open service calls in the relevant systems.
• Follow up on spare parts and service-related processes, including shipments, invoicing, and delivery tracking.
• Support the Field Operations Manager with ongoing operational and administrative activities.
• Maintain clear communication and follow-up with customers throughout the service process.
• Work closely with Field Service Engineers, Sales, headquarters, and other internal teams for coordination and timely resolution of customer needs.
• Support regional service projects and additional operational activities as required.

We are looking for a Service Operations Coordinator to support our service operations in the region and ensure a smooth and professional experience for both our customers and field service teams.

About the Role

This is a key coordination role, serving as an important link between our customers, Field Service Engineers, Sales team, and headquarters. The position is responsible for coordinating service activities, supporting day-to-day field operations, and ensuring effective follow-up of customer requests and service‑related processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and confirm onsite service visits with customers and Field Service Engineers.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance visits for customers under service contracts.
• Monitor the AVT EMEA service inbox, respond to customer requests, and open service calls in the relevant systems.
• Follow up on spare parts and service‑related processes, including shipments, invoicing, and delivery tracking.
• Support the Field Operations Manager with ongoing operational and administrative activities.
• Maintain clear communication and follow‑up with customers throughout the service process.
• Work closely with Field Service Engineers, Sales, headquarters, and other internal teams to ensure effective coordination and timely resolution of customer needs.
• Support regional service projects and additional operational activities as required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Dutch, and French, both written and spoken. An additional European language is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, operations, or a similar role is an advantage.
