Bio-Rad Laboratories NV in Belgium is seeking a Service Administrator to join the Service Department as a key liaison with customers, field service engineers, sales and customer technical support to manage daily administration and ensure equipment quality.

The role involves updating data in ServiceMax and ERP, planning installations and preventive maintenance, renewals, and generating reports, while maintaining process controls and collaborating with a cross‑functional team.

Qualifications

• Strong, demonstrable administration experience.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a busy customer facing environment.
• Good IT and MS Office skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch both verbal and written, good level of French.
• Ability to adapt and work as part of a team or independently.

Responsabilités

• You will updates records and ensures the quality of data in ServiceMax and ERP.
• Planning installations for customers with sales & customer technical support and planning preventative maintenance.
• Maintain records, renewal notices and all service mailings in line with business requirements for service contract renewal.
• Keep, maintain, and implement process controls for the management of service contracts, service billing, quotations, and reporting.
