Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to bolster our Belgian sales organization. You will provide commercial, administrative, and operational support from inquiry through post-sale coordination, ensuring accurate records in CRM and order management systems, and timely follow-up on customer requests across Belgium.

The role requires fluent Dutch, French and English, with collaboration across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, sales, marketing, life sciences or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, inside sales, order management, tender support, or similar role.
• Experience in life sciences, diagnostics, healthcare, or B2B sales support is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review, and follow up on quotations, pricing docs, customer requests, sales agreements, and internal approvals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) for forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reporting.
• Respond to inquiries regarding products, pricing, quotations, orders, and customer data; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Support campaigns, lead follow-up, customer segmentation, tender support, and marketing initiatives across Belgium.
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, trackers, and business summaries for reviews and planning.
