Bio-Rad Laboratories NV in Belgium is seeking a Service Administrator to support the Service Department as a liaison with Customers, Field Service Engineers, Sales and Customer Technical Support.

You will manage daily administration, ensure data quality in ServiceMax and ERP, schedule installations and maintenance, maintain renewal notices, and oversee service contracts, billing, quotations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong administration experience.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a busy customer facing environment.
• Good IT and MS Office skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch both verbal and written, good level of French.
• Ability to adapt and work as part of a team or independently.

Responsabilités

As a Service Administrator, you’ll be an integral part of the Service Department. Serving as liaison with Customers, Field Service Engineers, Sales and Customer Technical Support you will manage all daily administration tasks for the Service Department and ensuringthe quality performance of our equipment for the people who rely on it.

• You will updates records and ensures the quality of data in ServiceMax and ERP.
• Planning installations for customers with sales & customer technical support and planning preventative maintenance.
• Maintain records, renewal notices and all service mailings in line with business requirements for service contract renewal.
• Keep, maintain, and implement process controls for the management of service contracts, service billing, quotations, and reporting.

What You Bring:

• Strong, demonstrable administration experience.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a busy customer facing environment.
• Good IT and MS Office skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch both verbal and written, good level of French.
• Ability to adapt and work as part of a team or independently.

Preferred Skills to Support Your Success:

Working knowledge of SAP and ServiceMax

Location:

Belgium - hybrid working model - 3 days per week in our office, 2 days working from home.
