Bio-Rad Laboratories NV in Belgium is seeking a Service Administrator to support the Service Department as a liaison with Customers, Field Service Engineers, Sales and Customer Technical Support.

You will manage daily administration, ensure data quality in ServiceMax and ERP, schedule installations and maintenance, maintain renewal notices, and oversee service contracts, billing, quotations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong administration experience.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a busy customer facing environment.
• Good IT and MS Office skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch both verbal and written, good level of French.
• Ability to adapt and work as part of a team or independently.

Responsabilités

• Update records and ensure data quality in ServiceMax and ERP.
• Plan installations for customers with sales & customer technical support and planning preventive maintenance.
• Maintain records, renewal notices and all service mailings in line with business requirements for service contract renewal.
• Keep, maintain, and implement process controls for the management of service contracts, service billing, quotations, and reporting.
