Bio-Rad Laboratories NV seeks a Service Administrator to join the Belgium-based Service Department. You will liaise with Customers, Field Service Engineers, Sales and Customer Technical Support to manage daily administration and ensure the quality performance of Bio-Rad equipment.

You will update records in ServiceMax and ERP, plan installations, maintain service contract renewals, and oversee billing, quotations, and reporting. This hybrid role offers 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Qualifications

• Strong, demonstrable administration experience.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a busy customer facing environment.
• Good IT and MS Office skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch both verbal and written, good level of French.
• Ability to adapt and work as part of a team or independently.

Responsabilités

• You will update records and ensure data quality in ServiceMax and ERP.
• Plan installations for customers with sales & customer technical support and plan preventative maintenance.
• Maintain records, renewal notices and all service mailings for service contract renewal.
• Keep, maintain, and implement process controls for management of service contracts, service billing, quotations, and reporting.
