Vivid Resourcing Ltd in Antwerp is currently partnered with an established engineering and manufacturing employer to recruit an experienced Mechanical Service Team Manager on a permanent basis. You will lead a hands-on team of mechanical technicians, allocate work across customer sites, and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality, on-time repairs and installations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Mechanical Technician with industrial machinery.
• Experience with bottling/packaging machinery desirable.
• Strong practical mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate with technicians and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a team of mechanical technicians.

• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians on mechanical issues.

About you

• Strong previous experience as a Mechanical Technician working with industrial machinery.
• Experience with bottling, packaging or similar machinery is highly desirable.
• Strong practical mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicating with technicians and customers.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for organising a team.
