Job summary

You will lead a hands-on team of mechanical technicians, allocate work across customer sites, and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality, on-time repairs and installations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Mechanical Technician with industrial machinery.
• Experience with bottling/packaging machinery desirable.
• Strong practical mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate with technicians and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a team of mechanical technicians.
• Allocate work and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians on mechanical issues.
• Use your hands-on mechanical experience to help diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Work closely with customers and technicians to ensure work is completed effectively.
