Securitas Technology Belgium is seeking an experienced operations professional to lead contract management and client onboarding. You will set up maintenance plans, coordinate handovers with Sales and PM, and manage contracts within CSM/ERP tools.

Daily you will handle incidents, escalations and change control, while optimizing service levels. You will also monitor customer relationships, drive improvements, and align with the SMO Manager to ensure high-value outcomes.

Qualifications

Diplomatic, customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
Ability to lead without formal authority, negotiate and stay resilient under pressure.
Master’s degree in a technical field is a plus.
ITIL Foundation certification or willingness to obtain it.
Experience in Project/Service/Contract/Account Management is required.
Knowledge of private security legislation is a plus.

Responsabilités

Set up maintenance plans and financials of contracts (UCs/OLAs).
Coordinate handover with Sales and Project Management for smooth client transitions.
Implement and manage contracts within CSM and ERP tools.
Participate in daily operations including incident, escalation, and change control.
Handle client onboarding and lead kick-off meetings; establish operational workflows.
Monitor and evaluate service levels monthly.
Identify improvements and support internal optimization.
Maintain regular contact with client relationship managers and align with SMO Manager.
