Securitas Technology Belgium is seeking a Service Manager to be the primary contact for a portfolio of strategic customers and ensure successful delivery of contracted services.

You will bridge customers, operations, technical teams and sales, maintaining SLA compliance, monitoring performance, and driving service improvements while managing expectations and long-term relationships across Belgium.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in service management or related roles.
• Experience in contract management and customer success.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage a portfolio of strategic customer contracts
• Ensure contractual commitments and SLAs are consistently achieved
• Monitor service performance and address risks, delays, or recurring issues
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery
• Act as the escalation point for critical incidents and service-related issues
• Ensure structured communication with customers throughout the service lifecycle
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders
• Provide clear reporting on service performance
• Lead service improvement initiatives with internal teams
• Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales to develop customer-focused improvement plans
