Experis Belgium is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to coordinate service delivery activities and manage stakeholders, ensuring that agreed service levels are achieved. You will monitor SLA and KPI performance, coordinate incidents and improvements, and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

This role also involves coordinating suppliers, preparing service reports, and identifying opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Service Delivery, IT Operations or a similar role.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are an advantage.
