Job summary
Meerab Group seeks an experienced UX Researcher to lead research activities and translate insights into design solutions. You will document findings and drive workshops with stakeholders for ideation and co-design.
You will collect qualitative and quantitative insights, create personas and journey maps, and develop wireframes in Figma. Collaborate with UI designers and share knowledge across the UX chapter.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in design thinking within agile projects.
- 7 years experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- 3 years experience in interaction design and information architecture.
- Proficiency in Figma, PowerPoint, Miro, Matomo, and heatmap analysis tools.
- Master's degree or equivalent certification in UX.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX research activities and document findings in the research repository.
- Prepare and animate workshops with stakeholders for ideation and co-design.
- Collect and analyze user insights using interviews, surveys, on-site observations, and heatmaps.
- Create personas, experience maps, and user journey documentation.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows in Figma.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and collaborate with the UI Designer.
- Participate in UX Chapter activities and share knowledge across the team.
