Job summary

ClearSource is seeking a UX Designer & Researcher to lead user research and design activities for the Portals & Platform product line, shaping EPIC, traXes and LinX while collaborating across discovery, research, interaction design and validation. You will drive user insights, create personas, and define interaction models to improve customer journeys.

Qualifications

7 years of design thinking in agile projects.
7 years of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
3 years of interaction design and information architecture.
Proficient in lo-fi wireframes, prototypes, and user flows in Figma.
Experience with design systems in Figma is a plus.
Formal qualification in UX is required.

Responsibilities

Lead UX research activities and document them in the Research repository.
Prepare and run workshops on framing, ideation and co-design with stakeholders.
Collect insights on user needs and pain points using diverse methods.
Analyze user behavior and website performance with Matomo and heatmaps.
Create personas and experience maps from research and data.
Define interaction models and evaluate success with measurable criteria.
Identify business processes, map journeys, and suggest improvements.
Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows and site maps.
Present concepts to stakeholders and collaborate with UI Designer to ensure consistency with the design system.
Contribute to UX Chapter activities and knowledge sharing.
