Job summary

Huxley is seeking an experienced UX Designer and Researcher to join a digital product team delivering portals for external and internal users. You will drive the full UX lifecycle from research to prototyping and validation, working closely with Business, IT, Product, and Design to create user-centered experiences.

The role requires deep expertise in design thinking, strong user research skills, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience shaping design thinking in Agile environments.
• 7+ years of qualitative and quantitative user research.
• 3+ years of experience in interaction design and information architecture.
• Proven experience facilitating UX workshops and co-design sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX research activities and document findings.
• Define user journeys and interaction models across platforms.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Collaborate with UI designers to ensure consistency with the Design System.
• Present research findings, concepts, and design solutions to stakeholders.
