Resultance seeks Transformation & Org Design Senior Consultants to design, shape and implement tomorrow’s organizations. You will analyze governance, end-to-end processes and workforce needs, co-create future-state models with C-level leaders, and drive actionable roadmaps through structured change programs.

You will lead workshops, produce executive-ready materials, and mentor junior consultants while building sustainable capabilities across client teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• English and at least one of French, German or Dutch.
• Experience with organizational design and transformation projects.
• Ability to map processes and analyze data (quant/qual).
• Create executive-ready presentations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Assess current organizational structures, governance, and roles.
• Analyze end-to-end processes, identify gaps and improvement levers.
• Co-create future-state org designs with C-level leaders.
• Define roles, governance, and reporting lines; clarify capabilities.
• Translate strategy into actionable blueprints and roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment; prepare leadership presentations.
• Coordinate change activities, communications, training, and readiness.
• Onboard, coach and inspire junior consultants; contribute to knowledge sharing.
