Job summary

Resultance is seeking Transformation & Org Design Consultants to help clients design, shape and implement tomorrow’s organizations. You will work on target operating models, organizational design, process optimization, and transformation programs to drive meaningful, structured change.

Join a team that combines analytical rigor with people-centric thinking, facilitating workshops, developing blueprints and roadmaps, and mentoring junior consultants through complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a field you enjoy: Economics, Business, Engineering, HR/Organizational Studies, Public Administration, Psychology, Finance.
• Fluent English and at least one of French, German, or Dutch.
• Experience in organizational design, Target Operating Model, governance, or workforce planning.
• Experience in transformation projects or PMO activities.
• Strong ability to build executive-ready presentations.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a structured, professional way.

Responsibilities

• Assess current organizational structures, governance, and roles.
• Analyze end-to-end processes, identify gaps, inefficiencies & improvement levers.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support recommendations.
• Co-create future-state org designs with C-level leaders.
• Define roles & responsibilities, governance frameworks and reporting lines.
• Translate strategy into an actionable blueprint for execution.
• Develop transition plans, process improvements and implementation roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions and stakeholder alignment.
• Prepare clear, sharp and engaging presentations for leadership teams.
• Coordinate change activities, communication, training and readiness.
• Track results, monitor risks, and ensure alignment across workstreams.

And ideally, you have experience in one orseveral of the following:
