Zohorecruit is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to lead complex transformation initiatives, partnering with senior clients to drive meaningful business outcomes. You will guide multidisciplinary teams and contribute to growth in organizational transformation and workforce innovation.

You will support clients in designing scalable organizational models, workforce strategies, and agile operating models, while shaping the future of work with emerging technologies and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

6–8+ years of consulting or industry experience in organizational transformation, workforce strategy, operating model design, or related areas.
Proven ability to drive projects from strategy to implementation.
Strong commercial acumen with sales proposals and client relationships experience.
Translate business objectives into organizational/workforce solutions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management skills.
Genuine interest in emerging workplace trends and future of work.
Collaborative leadership and people development passion.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale transformation programs across org design, workforce planning, and skills-based transformation.
Build trusted partnerships with management and executive stakeholders.
Identify opportunities, support proposals, and help grow the practice.
Develop and coach consultants and managers for delivery excellence.
Collaborate across strategy, analytics, technology, and people consulting teams.
Advance frameworks, thought leadership, and innovative methodologies.
