Resultance is seeking Senior Transformation consultants to design, shape and implement tomorrow's organizations. You will analyze current structures, map processes and co-create future-state models with C-level leaders.

You will define governance, roles, and roadmaps, translating strategy into executable plans and guiding change across multiple workstreams. Expect to facilitate workshops, craft leadership presentations, and mentor junior consultants, while maintaining a strong people-centric,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field as listed above.
• Experience in transformation programs or PMO activities is valuable.
• Strong analytical and people-centric thinking for C-level design and implementation.

Responsabilités

• Assess current organizational structures, governance, and roles.
• Analyze end-to-end processes, identify gaps and improvement levers.
• Co-create future-state designs with C-level leaders.
• Define roles, governance, and reporting lines.
• Translate strategy into actionable blueprints and roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment with stakeholders.
• Prepare clear leadership presentations and manage change activities.
• Track results and ensure cross-workstream alignment.

They combine analytical rigor, curiosity, and people-centric thinking tosupport organizations from C-level strategic design all the way to hands-onimplementation.

They work on Target Operating Models,organizational design, process optimization, and transformation programs,making change meaningful, structured, and sustainable.

Understanding and analyzingorganizations

• Assesscurrent organizational structures, governance, and roles
• Analyzeend-to-end processes, identify gaps, inefficiencies & improvement levers
• Conductqualitative and quantitative analysis to support recommendations

Designing the Target Operating Model

• Co-createfuture-state org designs with C-level leaders
• Define roles& responsibilities, governance frameworks and reporting lines

• Translatestrategy into an actionable blueprint for execution
• Developtransition plans, process improvements and implementation roadmaps

You hold a Master’s degree in a field youenjoy: Economics, Business, Engineering, HR/Organizational Studies, PublicAdministration, Psychology, Finance… we’re quite open.

You speak English and French, German orDutch.

And ideally, you have experience in one orseveral of the following:

• Organizational design / Target Operating Model / governance / workforceplanning
• Transformation projects or PMO activities
• Processmapping and process optimization
• Business orstrategic analysis (quantitative & qualitative)
• Buildingstrong, sharp, executive-ready presentations
• Working withmultiple stakeholders in a structured, professional way
