Resultance is seeking a Consultant to drive business transformation and operational excellence across engagements in the BE Wallonie region. The role emphasizes analysis, process optimization, and delivering actionable insights to clients.

You will join a growing team, work on diverse projects, and develop skills in data analysis, storytelling with visuals, and practical problem solving in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Master's degree in a field related to economics, engineering, accounting, marketing, finance, etc.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Proficient with Excel and Power BI.
• Curious and analytical mindset.
• Solution oriented and positive in approach.
• Willing to learn and improve.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze the current state and future state of processes and structures to identify improvements.
• Participate in optimizing key processes and proposing practical solutions.
• Support the team in creating compelling presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Assist with implementing solutions on the client side and sustain results over time.
• Become a key resource on projects and contribute to team success.
• Track results and pursue continuous improvement across engagements.
• Build trust and reliability with colleagues and clients.
