HumanInTech is seeking an Application Architect and Technical Leader to deliver digital health solutions for the public sector in Brussels. The role covers architecture design, technical leadership, development, and quality assurance in an Agile environment.

You will design solutions for child health, prenatal care, and vaccination data platforms, mentor developers, and ensure delivery across environments while collaborating with analysts, testers, PMs, and middleware specialists.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Application Architect in public/health projects.
• Strong focus on code quality, performance, and debt reduction.
• Ability to mentor development teams and collaborate with analysts, testers, PMs.

Responsabilités

• Design and maintain software architecture documentation.
• Lead development teams, ensure best practices and code quality.
• Review code, validate unit tests, and manage deployments across environments.
• Mentor developers and communicate with stakeholders.
