Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Solutions Architect for the Public Sector to serve as a technical authority for our sales team, customers, partners and community in the region. You will own the discovery to technical win cycle and articulate how Elastic offerings solve customer needs.

You will develop and maintain deep product knowledge, build value-based relationships across client organizations, and guide stakeholders through architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• Track record of success in a technical presales role within the Public Sector.
• Ability to articulate and sell benefits of modern platforms and technologies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across customer organizations.
• Experience influencing teams and driving architectural decisions.
• Willingness to travel 30% regionally and occasionally internationally.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers.
• Understand customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address needs.
• Develop value-based relationships at all levels of customer organizations.
• Lead planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
• Demonstrate Elastic Stack value in sales meetings and events.
• Educate and enable partners, supporting them in sales cycles.
