Elastic is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to act as a technical authority for our sales teams, customers and partners. You will understand customer goals, articulate how the Elastic Stack meets them, and drive value-based engagements with enterprise clients.

This role requires deep product knowledge, collaboration across teams, and willingness to travel up to 30% regionally and occasionally internationally, to participate in plans, create collateral, and enable partners to win deals while

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical presales role selling, demonstrating and implementing technology.
• Experience in the Enterprise sector with understanding of its challenges.
• Able to articulate and sell benefits of modern platforms and technologies.
• Curious, continuous learner who invests in self and relationships.
• Proven customer relations with architectures that meet goals and outpace competitors.
• Influence others and inspire groups; capable of 30% regional travel and occasional international trips.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the technical point of contact within NATO.
• Understand customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address needs.
• Create and own value-based relationships at all levels.
• Lead planning and execution in the territory from discovery to win.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Elastic products to demonstrate value in meetings and events.
• Advise sales on effective positioning of Elastic products and services.
• Onboard and enable partners, supporting them in sales cycles.
• Create collateral, contribute to programs, collaborate with others to meet client needs.
• Voice customer needs to engineering and leadership; support continuous improvement.
• Develop sales and technical skills through self-driven learning and company programs.
