Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Solutions Architect to serve as a technical authority for the sales-teams, customers, partners and community. You will understand and solve customer business issues with the Elastic Stack, engage the regional Elastic community through events, and enable sales through Partners.

A successful SA will focus on excellence, continuously learning and challenging the status quo while traveling up to 30% regionally and occasionally internationally.

Qualifications

• Track record of success in a technical presales role within the Public Sector.
• Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms, software and technologies.
• Passion for continuous learning and questioning the status quo.
• Proven influence and ability to inspire teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts in the assigned territory.
• Develop deep understanding of customers’ goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address their needs.
• Create and own value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
• Participate in planning and execution from discovery to the technical win.
• Deepen product knowledge to demonstrate Elastic value in meetings and events.
• Advise the sales team on effective positioning of Elastic products and services.
• Onboard, educate and enable partners and support them in sales cycles.
• Create collateral and collaborate with teams to meet client needs.
• Be the voice of the customer to communicate needs to engineering and leadership.
