Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Solutions Architect to serve as a technical authority for our sales teams, customers, partners and the community. You will understand and solve customer business issues with the Elastic Stack, engage the regional Elastic community through events, and enable sales through our Partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical presales in the Public Sector.
• Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms and technologies.
• Curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Invests in themselves and in professional relationships.
• History of successful customer relations with architectures that meet goals.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
• Ability to inspire groups of people.
• Willingness to travel ~30% within region and occasionally internationally.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers in your territory.
• Develop understanding of customers' goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address their needs.
• Create and own value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
• Participate in planning and execution from discovery to the technical win.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and demonstrate Elastic value in meetings and events.
• Advise the sales team on positioning Elastic products, solutions and services.
• Onboard, educate, and enable partners, supporting them in sales cycles.
• Create collateral, contribute to programs, and collaborate with Elastic teams.
• Be the voice of the customer to communicate needs to engineering and leadership.
• Deepen sales and technical skills through self-driven education and professional development opportunities.
