Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Senior Solution Architect for the Public Sector to act as a technical authority for our sales teams, customers and partners. You will understand customer goals and demonstrate how Elastic solutions address them.

You will own relationships across levels, contribute to planning from discovery to a technical win, and help partners in sales cycles. A spirit of continuous learning and willingness to travel 30% regionally and occasionally internationally is

Competenze

• Experience in a technical presales role within the Public Sector.
• Ability to articulate benefits of modern platforms and technologies.
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
• Proven customer relations history and architectural pattern design.
• Ability to influence and lead teams.
• Willingness to travel 30% regionally and occasionally internationally.

Mansioni

• Serve as technical point of contact for accounts and account managers.
• Develop understanding of customers' goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address them.
• Create and own value-based relationships at all levels of customer organizations.
• Lead planning and execution from discovery to the technical win.
• Demonstrate the value of Elastic products in meetings and events.
• Advise sales on positioning Elastic products and services.
• Onboard and enable partners, supporting them in sales cycles.
• Create collateral and programs to meet client needs.
• Be the voice of the customer and communicate needs to engineering and leadership.
