Elastic is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to act as a technical authority for our sales team, customers, partners, and the community. You will solve customer business issues with the Elastic Stack, engage regional Elastic community events, and enable sales through Partners.

The role targets major enterprise clients and requires continuous learning and initiative to improve both self and team. Responsibilities include owning planning and execution for your territory, articulating product

Qualifications

• Min 4 years of success in a technical presales role selling, demonstrating and implementing technology to earn customer trust.
• Experience in the Enterprise sector with understanding of its challenges and needs.
• Ability to articulate and sell benefits of modern platforms, software and technologies.
• Curious mindset with commitment to continuous learning and questioning the status quo.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the technical point of contact within NATO.
• Understand customers' goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address their needs.
• Own value-based relationships at all levels in the organization.
• Participate in all phases of planning and execution for your territory, from discovery to technical win.
• Demonstrate Elastic products in sales meetings and events such as meetups and conferences.
• Advise sales on how to position Elastic products, solutions, and services.
• Onboard and enable partners, supporting them in sales cycles.
• Create collateral and collaborate with teams to meet client needs.
• Be the voice of the customer to inform engineering and leadership.
