Xedis is seeking a Senior SIAM / ITSM Operations Expert to support a major Belgian railway organisation in Brussels. Hybrid/onsite setup, with strong emphasis on governance, service integration, and process improvement across a complex multi-vendor IT environment.

The role requires deep IT operations experience, ITIL 4 and SIAM certifications, and the ability to collaborate with leaders, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in service delivery and performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive IT operations and service management experience.
• Experience in multi-vendor environments and governance.
• Strong ability to define and implement ITIL/ITSM processes.

Responsabilités

• Define and improve the IT Operations strategy and operating model.
• Design and implement governance frameworks and decision structures.
• Drive SIAM adoption across internal teams and external providers.
• Enhance ITIL/ITSM process maturity across the service lifecycle.
• Coordinate activities among service managers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Support supplier governance, SLA/OLA tracking and reporting.
• Lead or support service transition activities and supplier onboarding.
• Prepare operational dashboards and executive summaries.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Advise IT Operations leadership on governance and transformation.
