Itproposal in Brussels is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead strategic infrastructure transformation programs in a large enterprise environment. The role focuses on CMDB implementation, Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP), IT infrastructure modernization, and NIS2 compliance.

You will drive project governance, stakeholder alignment and change management across cross‑functional teams and external vendors, while delivering on time and within budget in a hybrid Brussels setting

Qualifications

• Proven senior IT Project Manager experience.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
• Hands-on CMDB deployment experience.
• Experience with Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
• IT Transformation project experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL and CISA.
• Strong Change Management (ADKAR preferred).
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and vendors.
• Coaching and mentoring teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects including CMDB and DRP.
• Define scope, plans, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Oversee IT transformation initiatives and procurement specs.
• Ensure GDPR, ISO 27001 and NIS2 compliance.
• Drive change management and business adoption.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and business cases.
