A leading IT services company is seeking a Service Management Specialist for the Brussels area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing Service Management frameworks within complex multi-vendor organizations. Essential qualifications include ITIL V3 & V4 certifications and SIAM certification. This role offers the flexibility of freelance or permanent employment, and applicants must reside in Belgium while demonstrating the ability to work effectively in a multi-lingual environment (FR/NL/EN).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic Service Management within complex multi-vendor organizations.
• Design and implementation of Service Management and governance frameworks.
• Ability to work in a multi-lingual environment (FR/NL/EN).
