ServiceNow is hiring a Services Account Executive in Belgium to drive adoption of our service offerings, including implementation services, and to help customers realize business outcomes from our products. You will work with the ServiceNow Sales team and partners to build demand, shape the services strategy, and drive successful executions end-to-end.

You will partner with the Go-To-Market and Customer Excellence teams to secure executive alignment, expand footprints in large enterprise

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into workflows and decision making.
• Proven SaaS/services sales experience, especially in large accounts.
• Proven track record in new account hunting and expanding footprints.
• Existing relationships in large enterprise accounts are a plus.
• Ability to articulate value and engage executives across orgs.
• Strong operational ability to manage end-to-end franchise in services.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Fluent in English and Dutch/Flemish/French.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with software sales account teams and partners to align service offerings.
• Develop and execute a services sales strategy in the designated territory.
• Proactively create new services opportunities in new and installed-base customers.
• Create pipeline and manage end-to-end forecasting for services opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the customer and map their digital transformation roadmap.
• Arrange and conduct executive discussions in line with account strategy.
• Lead extended teams in solutioning and proposal development.
• Execute value-based selling for implementation services opportunities.
