ServiceNow in Brussels seeks a Senior CRM Account Executive to drive CRM sales across a defined territory and own market success. You will lead executive discussions, build a strong pipeline, and coordinate with Core Field, Solution Sales, and Consulting teams to demonstrate CRM value.

The role requires engaging with C-suite stakeholders, developing a regional plan, and representing CRM Workflows at events. Travel is expected; fluency in English and the local language is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience in complex software or platform solutions.
• Deep CRM/CX/CSM domain knowledge and related business processes.
• Experience leading matrixed teams and engaging with C-level executives.
• Ability to articulate IT needs and produce new business outcomes.
• Fluent in English and the local language, with regional travel willingness.

Responsabilités

• Oversee development and growth of assigned accounts and territory resources.
• Develop a sales strategy and regional plan for the territory.
• Build relationships with multiple C-suite personas across CRM products.
• Lead executive discussions and position meetings with customers.
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting to deliver CRM demos and value.
• Present CRM Workflows offerings to prospects at events and seminars.
• Articulate customer success strategies and drive revenue streams.
• Own CRM opportunities and drive end-to-end sales processes.
• Manage accounts and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
