Accenture is seeking a Belgium-based ServiceNow Architect to lead pre-sales, integrated solution designs, and complex delivery programs for large-scale clients. You will coordinate global technology teams, craft cost estimates, and present solutions to client executives.

The role requires deep ServiceNow knowledge, multiple certifications, and strong executive communication; you will mentor staff and ensure governance across engagements, while growing knowledge of ServiceNow and related IT

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its modules.
• Minimum of 2 ServiceNow Certifications.
• 5+ years in Technical Consulting.
• 5+ years translating technical requirements to business outcomes.
• English fluency; Dutch or French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support large and complex pre-sales / RFP processes involving multiple technologies.
• Coordinate technology teams in on- and off-shore locations across all relevant technologies.
• Develop technical solution designs and cost estimates with architects.
• Present and discuss solutions with client executives.
• Own the ServiceNow architecture on complex delivery programs.
• Mentor and assist staff to develop skills.
• Establish governance and risk mitigation for customer engagements.
• Grow knowledge of ServiceNow and related spaces across ITSM, ITOM, HR, and Security Operations.
