Leica Biosystems is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot life sciences equipment across Belgium and neighboring Benelux countries. The role reports to the Service Team Leader and involves remote work arrangement with on-site visits as required.

Ideal candidates are technically educated with a Bachelor’s or vocational background in Mechanical or Electronic fields and fluent in English, Dutch, and French. Travel and driving responsibilities apply.

Qualifications

• Technically educated; Bachelor’s or vocational degree in Mechanical or Electronic direction.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
• Excellent communicator with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Able to convey issues clearly and act as a problem-solver.

Responsabilités

• Visit customers for installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, fault analysis and upgrades.
• Help achieve Customer Satisfaction and Preventive Maintenance goals.
• Collaborate with Technical Assistance Centre and Sales teams for smooth processes.
