Benerail, the leading expert in international rail travel, is seeking a hands-on Scrum Master to join our agile journey across multiple teams near Antwerp. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove obstacles, and promote a DevOps culture in close collaboration with Alex.

With 5+ years as Scrum Master and Jira/Confluence proficiency, you will guide 3+ teams, support Product Owners, and help plan quarterly cycles.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, guiding multiple teams (3+).
• Recognized Scrum certification (PSM/CSM).
• AI knowledge is a big plus.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and help teams continuously improve and grow.
• Remove obstacles; work with internal stakeholders to solve impediments.
• Take a leading role in quarterly planning activities (QBR/BRP).
• Support Product Owners with backlog management and ensure clear communication between developers and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement within a DevOps environment.
