Hive-X is looking for an experienced Scrum Master for the Prescriptions Program based in Brussels, Belgium. The successful candidate will support multiple teams focused on crucial initiatives involving medicinal prescriptions and mobile applications.

This role requires strong Agile expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ambition to evolve into a Release Train Engineer by 2027. Knowledge of Jira/Confluence and public sector experience are also valuable.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Proficient in coaching development teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in French, Dutch, and English.
• Ability to operate within complex organizational environments.

Responsabilités

• Support four teams in various domains of medication prescriptions.
• Coach the teams in Scrum and Agile practices.
• Transition to Release Train Engineer role by 2027.
