Expleo Belgium is seeking a Senior Agile Lead / Scrum Master to guide agile delivery across multiple teams. You will lead business consulting projects, translate goals into outcomes, and coordinate data-driven improvements in collaboration with clients.

The role requires a solid background in computer science, formal Scrum/Agile credentials, and fluent English with French/Dutch knowledge. You will build networks, drive continuous improvement, and help clients achieve agility and sustainability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Achieved formal Scrum Master, Kanban Lead, Lean Six Sigma or similar Agile certification.
• Achieved Certified Scrum Professional or similar Agile qualification.
• Excellent client-facing skills.
• Team management experience leading multiple teams in agile software delivery approaches (12–24 months).
• Innovative thinker who makes courageous decisions and drives improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead Business Consulting projects of moderate scope and sometimes complex assignments.
• Translate business goals into tangible strategic outcomes within technical environments.
• Keep informed on business data and implement solutions for technological and process improvements.
• Coordinate information gathering and reporting, review trends and identify root causes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and work across teams to achieve goals.
• Develop a network to support client engagements and internal/external stakeholders.
