Rhox in Belgium is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to guide an IT delivery team through agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement, aligning analysis, development and testing to a shared Sprint Goal.

You will coach the team, remove impediments, monitor progress with velocity metrics, and collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to ensure predictable delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Scrum Master in software/IT delivery.
• Expert knowledge of agile practices, Scrum rituals, and servant leadership.
• Ability to make progress transparent using agile reporting.
• Familiar with automated testing and CI concepts to help align teams.
• Strong communication to build trust with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and stakeholder meetings, creating decisions, actions and feedback loops for each sprint.
• Maintain delivery cadence by scheduling events, tracking Sprint Backlog progress and keeping the Definition of Done visible.
• Coach and challenge the team and Product Owner, improving self-organisation, collaboration and practical use of agile methodology.
• Remove impediments and protect the team from internal or external distractions, allowing members to focus on Sprint Goals.
• Support capacity and velocity tracking, turning delivery data into useful planning and follow-up information.
• Report on methodology adoption, progress, risks and issues, giving project leadership a reliable view of delivery.
