• PSM I certification and 5+ years as Scrum Master.
• Proven experience supporting multiple Scrum teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on Jira and Agile tooling.

Responsabilités

• Act as Scrum Master for multiple teams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Coach teams toward self-organization.
• Remove impediments and improve processes.
• Maintain backlog with Product Owners.
